About the Originator
The Core Framing Technique™ was developed from more than 20 years of leading learning, change, and operational readiness across large-scale transformation programs.
Throughout my career, I have worked alongside project teams delivering ERP, digital, infrastructure, and organisational change initiatives across telecommunications, energy, government, education, and other complex operational environments. One lesson has remained consistent: successful transformation depends on making the right decisions before solutions are designed.
Too often, organisations move directly to training, communication, or change activities without first understanding the behaviour required, the operational context people work within, or the confidence needed for successful execution. Those early decisions determine whether a solution drives adoption or becomes expensive rework.
The Core Framing Technique™ was developed to address that challenge. It provides a practical methodology for analysing behaviour, context, and confidence before design decisions are made, helping professionals build solutions that are grounded in operational reality rather than assumptions.
Today, my focus is on helping learning, change, and project professionals learn and apply the Core Framing Technique™ through practical eLearning, tools, and resources that can be used immediately within real transformation programs.
