About
I design training and capability solutions that are built to be used immediately in the real world not just completed.

My work is grounded in over 20 years of experience supporting large-scale transformation programs across telecommunications, infrastructure, energy, and government. In these environments, training success isn’t measured by attendance or completion, it’s measured by whether people can actually perform at go-live.

I’ve consistently worked in roles where training sits alongside change, operations, and delivery ensuring that what is designed translates into real behaviour under real conditions.

This has shaped a practical, performance-driven approach to training supported by structured methods such as the Core Framing Technique™ and reinforced through advisory work, custom development, and ready-to-use tools.

Everything I deliver is designed with one outcome in mind:
to ensure people can do the job when it matters.

How I Work
-
Practical and context-driven
-
Grounded in real delivery experience
-
Focused on adoption, readiness, and performance
-
Designed for real-world constraints
Instructional Design Capability
In addition to delivering courses and advisory services, I design and develop custom training and capability solutions aligned to specific project, operational, or organisational needs.

This work combines formal instructional design practice with hands-on experience in transformation delivery, ensuring learning solutions are fit for purpose, support real work, and contribute to measurable change rather than completion metrics alone.
